I hope you all are well. I put together this look for a Saturday lunch – combining street style with bohemian & indian elements. I love the mirror work detailing on this top – the design also makes for versatile use as it can be worn as a light jacket as well. This is a really good idea for people who have old saris (or pieces of fabric/vintage garments) and don’t know what to do with them – cutting out motifs or pieces of the sari/fabric you love and reworking it into a simple piece of clothing can give you something thats unique and trendy. Not forgetting, allowing your creative design juices to flow is never a bad thing!
A big shout out to this cute, new little spot for allowing us to shoot in their gorgeous space. Mixing pink chairs, marble countertops, tropical wallpapers with black and white tiling creates a feast for the senses. Personally, I love a good interior, and the balance in which this space combines indoor and outdoor elements leaves me with a constant in-love emoji face! Not forgetting the neon lighting in a quote that speaks to my heart – obsessed!!! If you’re ever in the Kloof area, KZN, be sure to check out 1904 Bistro Americain!
