I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend. I can hardly believe we’re a quarter of the year down! The blog turned 2 months old a few weeks back and I am so glad I decided to follow my heart with creating it. It is now on a path of its own, one that has exceeded my hopes for it, and I couldn’t be more grateful. For anyone wanting to try something new but feels clouded by doubt, my advice would be just go for it. Be true to yourself and believe in your authenticity. It doesn’t matter how many people are already do the same thing – if you do it for the right reasons being to fulfil your goals and feed your creative soul, that drive will sustain the passion within to reach new heights, and beYOUthful. 😉
About this look: I decided to style my new favourite pair of jeans! Whenever I buy denims I try to get them in a wash I don’t already own. I picked up this pair of lightly washed denims from Topshop, the material is soft, lightweight and the fit speaks comfort. I also love this distressed denim trend. Although every time my grandmother sees me in these jeans she has an urge to patch them up, pairing them with fishnets underneath serves the same purpose, right? 😛
As you guys know by now, I love me a bodysuit. The turtleneck on this mesh aztec printed bodysuit from Infin8ti makes it perfect for autumn/winter. The colourful print can be paired with almost anything, making it easy to wear during the day or night and dress up or down. I’m all about versatility of clothing!
PS, I love receiving pictures from you guys when you recreate/are inspired by some of these looks. Please do keep sending them through – seeing your interpretations really inspires me as well!
